Key to Karma – listen up!  This is important.

Giving back is an essential component of the Holiday Spirit, and as a proud Maplewoodian, it warms my heart to see so many of our Neighbors to stepping up to make amazing things happen in our community. A sincere thanks to all of you who joined us at our Usborne Book Benefit in October. Collectively, we raised $750 in books for local classrooms, and these donations have been greatly appreciated. Looking to give back this Holiday? SOMASD is hosting it’s Annual Toy Drive from now through Dec. 11th. Visit http://villagegreennj.com/event/somsd-annual-holiday-toy-drive/ for more information on how you can get involved! Additionally, local Mom Katie Rickard is organizing a “Weekend of Service” Jan 20-22, Inauguration Weekend. Join us and several other SoMa residents as we pledge to roll up our sleeves and make amazing things happen in our local and surrounding communities. Amanda will also be undertaking a project at Ronald McDonald House, and we are happy to get you set up to work alongside us or on another local project in the community!
