A New Jersey native, Juliet has 25 years of sales and marketing experience in various facets of real estate. She has spent much of her career working for ultra-luxury high-rise developers in the San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York markets. Before joining The Kate Elliott Team at Coldwell Banker, Juliet worked for K.Hovnanian Homes selling residential new construction along trainline towns in Northern New Jersey. She is passionate about smart growth through transit-oriented hubs to create urban-suburban walkable downtowns.
Juliet is able to leverage the strength of Coldwell Banker’s unmatchable corporate resources and the innovative marketing approach of the award-winning Kate Elliott Team. She has built her reputation on providing her clients with concierge level service through her strong work ethic, keen listening skills and innate negotiation abilities throughout each real estate transaction. Juliet believes in taking a collaborative approach with her clients and enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge of Maplewood, South Orange and surrounding towns.
As a South Orange resident, Juliet believes in giving back to the community and is a member of the Maplewood Rotary, Maplewood House Tour Committee, South Orange and Maplewood Chamber of Commerces along with publishing SOMA Living Magazine that celebrates the eclectic diversity and tight-knit community in South Orange and Maplewood. In her spare time, Juliet is a mid-distance runner, voracious reader and aspiring gardener.
Juliet holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Maryland at College Park graduating with high honors. Additionally, she did graduate work in Urban Planning at Georgetown University.
